First, a bit of trivia (I'm a huge trivia buff!) - In what movie was the above line said? I don't have any prizes for the winner, just a keen admiration for being as much of a dork as I!!!! Second, did any of you know that candy corn is EVIL? In fact, I'm going to rename it Rosemary's Corn!!!! THIS is where the movie title, "Children of the Corn" came from, I'm convinced of this. Actually, I only had two pieces, and I'm a Candy Corn purist - it HAS to be Brach's. No substitutions, please!!! Just thought I'd let you know that the evil Candy Corn is running amok in Pikesville!!! Save yourselves!!!! Tia

Okay, I fess up, I haven't seen the movie, but I think it was "Elf" See, I'm a dork and I haven't even seen it...hehehe I don't eat much candy corn, but I'm with ya on the Brach's....it has an almost buttery taste rather than just pure sugar. Gee, can ya tell I'm on a coffee break? and I don't even drink coffee. If things stay like this at work, I might need to take it up. T

Yep! You win the kewpie doll!!! WHAT? You haven't seen the movie?? So how did you know? I don't recall it being on any trailers. That's it, we gotta watch it on Halloween!!!! Right after, It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. A tradition in our household. Anyway, Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf names these things as food groups!!! Well, I don't eat much of it either, but it's funny that you say, "buttery," because that's what a girl here in the office said, too!! Spooky!!! Tia

Hi Heather - Yep, I loved the movie, too!! It cracked me up to see him build the Empire State Building out of Legos, because the Toys R Us in Times Square has that!!! I like the harvest mix, too, but again, it has to be Brach's! I was in Target the other day and saw green apple and cherry candy corn. What a sacreligious thing to do to candy corn!!! Tia

Oh my that is sacreligious to do to candy corn!!! I have a feeling that it's going to be a long time (if ever) I get to taste Brach's candy corn again...espically after the reaction I had to Carnation Instant Breakfast drink(no sugar added) today....wasn't pretty LOL and is off my list!!! Gotta love this expermentation stage of things! BTW, in Elf I loved when they were decorating the house and he jumped on the tree...no one does slapstick like him. ~Heather

Just remember - try small bits of whatever you're trying and jot down your reaction. That way, you can decide when/if you want to try again or cross off your list!! Buddy the Elf (answering phones in his Dad's office): "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?" HA!!!!! I think I'm going to start answering the phones here like that!!!! Tia
