Crofton Library Meeting

Hello Everyone I hope your having a great week so far. Well I spoke with the library today to book the 2007 dates for the meeting room and I briefly checked to make sure we could use the magazine room in October and November since the meeting rooms are booked. Well the gentlemen told me that is a quiet area and we cannot use that as a meeting room( if no one is in there I dont see what the problem is) But there are other areas we can use in the back but we have to watch our voices and cannot get to loud. So I was thinking maybe we could have it at my house if it is going to be a small group. I live in a condo so not much room. I live right down the street from the library so it wouldnt be in anyother direction. The only thing is it would have to be Thursday October 26th instead of the wednesday and parking is crap. You have to park on the street and take a little walk down to get to my place. They are picky about the parking. If it is the same amount of people as last time this shouldn't be a concern which it is looking that way. Also I have dogs so If that is a concern. They are very lovable and would get put in the room with my husband so they dont bother you. Please let me know if this is ok or if you have any suggestions on what we should do. Hi Kelly, I am game for anything and maybe if Heathers offer of meeting at Jaspers and me following her is still good with the new date we could carpool.Or I can keep my voice down whatever works for everyone, LOL The only problem I will have is if it is to long of a walk. Maybe I could get dropped off if it is to long a walk if I could ride with someone. Plus by then I should be walking further so the walk will be good if I can make it. I am going further allready and walking the dog. It is awsome.Please keep us posted. Love Laurie

How ever it works out is fine with me. It might be kind of nice to be in a homey atmosphere, but only if your truly up to it. Just post and let us know. Your poor hubby though. I know how he will feel, because my hubby and I are annexed to the computer room every Tuesday night when my son has drum lessons in our living room. I feel like we're hiding out for some reason. Anything sounds good to me we will work something out, we have enough heads to put together. I will only be a week or so out so I will see how I feel. Hello everyone! I'm watching the posts waiting for the next meeting. Once you decide on a date I will try my hardest to attend. I'm 6 days post op (lap RNY) and each day I feel better and better. Laurie- I have no problem picking you up to go to the meeting seeing we both live in Annapolis. Take care all!! Michelle
