Good Morning Terry, we're up bright and early! Exercise is always slacking, but the rest are fine. Really needed to fess up this AM. Very down day yesterday. Went to my old friend "food" for comfort after work. Ate some rocky road Baskin Robbins ice cream. Always knew I did not dump on sugar, but obviously I do to some extent. Just not the nauseous feeling. The sugar kicked my butt! I fell asleep at 6:30 PM and just woke up at 4AM, my normal wake up time. Unreal!! Feel as if I entered a time warp and missed a big section of living. Lesson learned (again), staying away from sugar. Although not sick, not a good feeling at all. Working today. Last day, schools are out tomorrow. Love it! Take care every one. Stay on track and I'm walking today!!! TraciL

Morning - Terry, let me know how everything goes today. You can email me or call me, whichever is easiet. I'll be in the office until 5. Traci - I can soooo relate. Even though I can't/don't do sugar like I did pre-op, I still sometimes need a reminder not to do it. Wow - 6:30 to 4:00!!! The bad thing is, even though you got all that sleep, because it was sugar induced, you may not feel rested, if that makes any sense. Pre-op, ice cream and sweets were my drugs of choice, but I have found that there are some pretty good s/f ice creams out there. Although they come with their own issues, too!!! It's a crap shoot, you know? It's gonna be a slooooowww day, even though it's my Friday! Everyone is out of the office at a management retreat - I envision them eating bon-bon's and getting pedicures!!!! I'll probably take pity on the Cadets and let them leave around 3. Mom & I are having tea together tomorrow at 11 at Tea by Two in Bel Air, my fave place - it's soooo relaxing, and the desserts are about three bites worth, so I usually do indulge just a little!!! If anyone cares to join us, email me by 3 today so I can see if they'll change the number of our reservation from 2 people to ???? Mo, let's hope you made it to buy cat food - I can see the headlines now - "Cats commandeer mobile home, drive through the front of local Food Lion in search of food - film at 11!!!!" Or, worse yet, they're holding yours and Mr. Mo's food hostage until they get some of their own!!!! Have a great day everyone!!! Tia

LOL...you crack me up G/F! I'll let you know how it went. I'm not sure how long the visit will be, but her appt. is at 3:00pm. I'd love to join you at the Tea Room, but I have to work tomorrow and I can't get off until 3:00pm. lol .. you are right about posting early. I read your post from home but ran out of time to reply, then got here and dang but people had 'work' issues I needed to deal with before I could post. The boys are set with food now for the next 24 days (at a can a day....)

Yeah, I kill me sometimes!! Okay, let Mrs. Mac know her "other-other" daughter is thinking of her!! We'll take the Moms and anyone else who wants to go to tea another time. We need to do it before Thanksgiving, though, because Thanksgiving weekend, they start having Christmas teas, and as much as I love the place (pre-op, we went there several times a month), I'm not willing to pay $25 for a special tea when regular afternoon tea is $13!!! What happened to the lawn guy? And it's supposed to rain, so I guess your choice is made - WORK OUT!!! God, let's hope Poncho and Lefty haven't clawed Mo's eyes out and left her sitting propped up against a door - ala "The Birds!" Our new Cadet is a HOTTIE! Of course, he's only 18 years old, too!!! Although....since I'm old enough to be his mother (YIKES!), if he needs a spankin', I can take care of that!!!!! Te

Hey Tia, Have you ever tried Tea on the Tiber? It is on Main Street in Ellicott City. $25 for the Afternoon Tea and that includes tip and tax. I go with my mother every other month or so. You get 3 tiers of goodies. Fruit/cheese/scone on one, tiny finger sandwiches on the next, and on the last tiny 2 or 3 bites each desserts. They have a large selection of tea (hot/cold/and decaf). Reservations are highly recommended. It is a beautiful Victorian tea experience. Heather

Good morning kids Tia, I am just rolling here at the thought of the boys staging a take over!!! Actually, I did get cat food last night. I went back to Petsmart in Annapolis and panicked because it wasn't on the shelf, but there was a pallet that hadn't been totally unpacked yet and I found it on there. I could just see myself driving all over Anne Arundel County looking for just the right cat food (they not only eat ONLY one brand, but only ONE flavor of that brand). Well, the proposal project is coming to a VERY slow end ... we have gotten to the cost evaluations and of course that wasn't a matter of opening an evelope and seeing ONE number so we are each looking at those. I've got a spreadsheet going to try to compare one to another. ARGHHH!!! I am soooo glad we only do this every 5 years. I had planned 5 years ago that I would only have to do it ONE more time (this time) and then I'd be gone for the next one, but right now it looks like I MIGHT still be around in 5 years to get to do it yet AGAIN. We are moving forward with the software upgrade too. It's been rescheduled for Nov 10/11. I sure hope it really happens because as soon as that gets done, we will be gearing up for the next release and hopefully be back on track. Hair appointment today at 4:30 so I'll be clearing out of the office about 4. Even thought I come in at 7:30 I seldom leave by 4. I have to remember today is a MUST!!! I made the appointment early on purpose because I knew I'd have dancing tonight and wanted to be done by 6 if I could. Speaking of dancing ... tonight is the 'last' night unless they have found another place for us to go. The Pasadena Moose Lodge is closing until they find another location. We can always go on Thursday nights to the one in Glen Burnie but that is the place that is SOOOO crowded and it's a VERY different group of people. (I have a friend *****fers to them as q-tips .. white hair white tennis shoes) Oh, well, enough fun and frivolity for now. Talk to you all later Hugs, Mo

Wow! I thought Brian was a picky eater - but he's got nothing on your boys! Thank God you and Mr. Mo are safe for another couple of weeks!!!! Have fun dancing - hope they find another place soon! I can't relate to the dancing bug, because I have NO rhythm - picture Elaine from Seinfeld. Q-tips - I love it!!!! However, I refer to Q-tips as "snacks," because whenever Molly sees one on the floor, be it clean or dirty (yuck), she grabs it, heads under the dining room table, back in the corner where I have to crawl to get her, holds the snack between her two front paws like a lollipop, and RIPS!!!! the cotton off. If I'm lucky, I can get to her before she chews it up and spits it out!!! Animals!!! Proposals!!!! Tia
