Ooohh, aren't we the fancy one! A seat heater!! What an indulgence!! Actually, pre-op, if you think about it, we all had built in seat heaters!!! hehehe!!! Yeah, believe me, the stuff Gary's "picked up" on his route - ICK!!! Jewelry-wise, my rings have been resized from 10's to 6's!!! And actually, they need to be about a 5 probably - OMG! Did I just say that? The only problem is, I have soooo many good rings that I can't afford to have them all done at once!! Yes, Fred is exactly the reason why Tia doesn't bowl!!! I have more fun watching their excitement!!! As for By the Docks, it kind of depends on Mom - I'll let you know by the end of the day today! If not, Tuesday's probably good. Have a great day, too, you purple gym rat! Um, could you be a gym-bunny? I'm PETRIFIED of mice!! Yet another reason to dread the cold weather!! Although Molly the mouse-sniffing Beagle is probably getting excited!!!! T.

Good morning Terry I won't say that muscle weighs more than fat does .. because a pound is a pound no matter HOW you look at it .. BUT a pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat .. so your wonderful exercise routine may be changing your body composition to lean muscle mass which will help your over all metabolism. I know the 'taste' thing. Unfortunately, lately I've been giving in to more than a 'taste', but I'm reining myself in and watching those stray extra bites more carefully now. After that really UGLY number that appeared on the scale Tuesday a.m. this morning the scale was down for the 2nd day in a row. I still have more than a few pounds to get it back to where it was comfy and a couple from that to get to my all time low. I was talking to a gal in the office this a.m. about Weigh****chers. While I am 'tempted' to do that I think IF I am going to invest in something it will be that membership at Big Vanilla. We officially postponed the big upgrade AGAIN. It's now scheduled for the weekend of November 4th I just hope we finally get it done this time because we found out yesterday that the next major release is due out end of October and we need to get that on the schedule. I still have the proposals hanging over my head. Between now and my 10 a.m. meeting (which will go most of the rest of the day) I've got to get some thoughts on paper so I best get with it. Have a good one! Hugs, Mo

Morning y'all!! Okay, so today you are all truly chatty cathy's. I can never seem to get on here in the early morning. I seem to have to hit the day running in the office. But I love it so that's okay. Doing well with my exercise still. I got up again this morning and rode my bike for 25 minutes. I almost didn't do it but knowing that I would not like myself very much if I didn't get up gave me enough incentive to get moving! And as always I am so glad that I did. Terry keep it up! You are doing wonderful things for the inside of your body. Sometimes the changes are inside first and then show outside. Mo is right about muscle taking up less room. The lbs will come off again! You have accomplished something wonderful in being satisfied with a bite or three of sweets. I have found that to be true as well. This will really help us to maintain our lost weight. Good for you. I am freezing too. I was cold before I lost weight but I am sure it's worse now. I always say that last fall when we got the first cold (anything below 65 is cold for me) weather I got cold and didn't warm up again until May! I am looking forward to wearing sweaters all winter. I just need to find some that fit. Yay for your jewerly Tia. All of our WOW moments, no matter how big or small, are wonderful to celebrate. I love jewerly. All of my rings are getting too big. They haven't fallen off yet so until that happens I won't be getting them sized. Sorry things got changed once again Mo. Yep, the next version will be out soon and you should start planning now for that one. Terry, I will be praying for your cousin and family. Hopefully your mom can take her trip another time really soon. My youngest daughter gets her braces off today! She is so excited. I am happy for her. Although I will still be paying for them over the next few months! Just the way it is for straight teeth. She is really looking forward to no more braces. The improvement in her teeth is wonderful so now maybe she will show them off when she smiles. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Robin

Hey Robin - For some reason, the 'puter wouldn't let me respond to your post yesterday, and I didn't see you on the boards today. So I'm a day late in wishing you a happy weekend! Hope your daughter's braces came off without a hitch - I'm sure she's smiling now!!! Definitely a reason to celebrate!! Be careful with wearing your rings if they get too small, you don't want to lose them. I'm still in shock that I can wear an 18" necklace!!!! And it's MY cousin, not Theresa M. (hehehe!). Apparently, he's doing somewhat better, opening his eyes and such, but it's hard to tell if it's a reflex or if he's really still there. I think they'll postpone the trip until October, due to my cousin and the fact that Mom's still not feeling up to par. Good for you on the exercise!!! I'll be busy with the kids tomorrow - wonder if I can get exercise points for that???? Have a good weekend, Tia
