Well I was with my family yesterday and we met up at the riva swim center for our first clas of water arobics. It is the greatest thing if you havn't tried it. And we were all talking afterwards and the subject of eggs came up. So they are telling me how to make a omlet in a plastic baggy. ???????????????????????????. Never heard this before and so lastnight when I got home I told my husband about it and this morning we tried it. I have to say it was very good. I'm not an omlet kinda girl mine always turns out scrambled. My step dad makes the best (I think) but unfortenatly I dont live at home so sunday morning breakfast is all mine and my husbands. LOL. So I wanted to share with you all this greay way to make a quick easy omlet and kids love it to. ( and love to help make it) Start a pot of water to a boil Get a plastic baggy (sandwich bag nothing to big) pour the egg in the bag close it a squeeze the egg so the yolk is broken. add cheese ham or whatever you like in your omlets. Close the bag and squeeze it all together. Stick it in the boiling water and set your timer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take the bag out cut it close to the bottom and slide it onto a plate There you have a burrito looking omlete. It is very tasty too. Hope you all enjoy Have a great rest of the weekend and a great week Kelly

Thanks, Kelly! I've seen this recipe before, but haven't tried it yet! Sounds like a winner! Teresa
