Tomorrow is the day for me, too!

Well, my friends, wish me luck. I will have my gastric bypass done tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. at Sinai in Baltimore. I am feeling some anxiety but basically am knowing this is right. See you all on the other side! Julie

Hi Julie, I will be thinking of you tomorrow and visualizing myself having the surgery. My date at Hopkins Bayview isn't until the 19th of October but can appreiciate how you are feeling now. You've probably already left or are running around like a chicken with your head cut off, trying to get out the door. Just wanted to drop in and wish you best of luck with your surgery. Looking forward to seeing a post when your on the "losers side". Stay positive and do as your Doc says. TraciL

Hi Julie, I know I'm a bit late, but I hope that your surgery is uneventful and your recovery is speedy. I am only a week ahead of you, and just remember that the 1st 3 days are the worst, it does get a lot better. Keep us posted. Debbie

I will be thinking about you. I too will be at Sinai for my surgery on Oct. 13th so I look forward to hearing everything. A minute to minute version will be just fine (lol) You will do just great. Margie
