6 Month Update

Well holy freakin crap, in 6 months time I've gone from a pre-surgery weight of 327, down to 213. I've lost 114lbs in 6 months!!! I'm on track to lose 92% of my body fat and only need to lose 63 more pounds to hit my goal of 150lbs. WOW!! Dr. K loved my blood work results (everything was magnifico!) and was pretty damn shocked when he saw me on Monday. At my 3 month visit I was on track to only lose 77% of my body fat and tap out at around 182. What a difference 3 months make! WOOHOO!!! Thanks for all the support and encouragement everyone here has given over the course of this wonderful freakin journey. What an adventure this has been. Keep up the great work everyone!! - Kelly
