HA HA...Guess I am the one that is up bright and early this morning.... First in foremost, as a paramedic myself, I would like everyone to take a moment and say a little prayer for the 3000+ people that lost their lives 5 years ago today. I have a memorial service to attend this afternoon for 9/11...let's pray that this year leaves everyone safe without any fear on this day. Thanks to all you ladies for yesterday. It is nice to have the presence of others who have gone through what I am going through. You all seem like you always have a good time! Well, I have a long day ahead of me...take care! Talk to everyone tomorrow! Leslie

Hi Leslie! It was great to meet you and your mom yesterday! How did the house hunting go? Mr Mo is a 'retired' volunteer firefighter and the dedication of public safety personnel both paid and volunteer is very near and dear to my heart. Hugs, Mo

Our agent didn't show So, we got a new agent...one of my BF co-workers is a agent and we didn't know it. So, I guess you can say we are starting over. Ah well. Thanks for asking.... Mom had a good time too...she wanted to thank you for letting her tag along!

Hey Leslie - Yep, I had a great time, too! Where would we be without our Moms? Mine truly is my best friend, and I couldn't have done this without her. We enjoyed meeting/talking with both of you and look forward to more get-togethers! Working in law enforcement and having worked with EMS personnel gives you a unique perspective in relation to 9/11. I'm truly amazed at the courage and selflessness displayed on a daily basis by these folks. I remember going to NYC in December 2001, and on the day we got into the city, they had recovered the bodies of 3 emergency workers, and that was also the day they put out the last of the fires at the site. I also remember sitting in a 47th floor revolving restaurant and seeing the spotlights at the site. The next day, we took a bus tour, and although you couldn't get close to the site, we passed by a church that had been moved off its foundation 3 times by the blasts, but sustained no damage, not even a broken window. It truly was awe-inspiring. So thanks to you and all of your co-workers - stay safe! Teresa

I would have never believed what a "thankless" job that law enforcement, EMS and fire fighters had until I became a part of that. We just don't hear "thank you" enough...so, thank you for saying thank you.

Hi Leslie, I guess I'm the late one this morning It was nice meeting you and your Mom yesterday. Yes, it is nice spending time with others who've either been or are walking the same road we are. I'm sorry to hear that your agent didn't show up last night...how unprofessional is that? I'm big on prayer, so I'm always praying that another attack like 9/11 doesn't happen again. Today, with all the remembrances, it just brings the horror of that day to the forefront of my mind. The selflessness of the emergency volunteers was amazing. I hope you have a great day! Take Care, Terry
