Good Morning Everybody! How is everyone? I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I did absolutely nothing that I set out to do, but hey....life happens My eating/drinking/supplements are all on track. The only area where I'm falling down is the dreaded "E" word. Well yesterday I happened to be out and on a whim I stopped at Gold's Gym. I had hoped to get there this week, but wasn't sure what day I would make it. I stopped there thinking that they wouldn't be open on a holiday (since my experience with curves is that they're closed every holiday). Well lo and behold, the joint was open. They're open every day but Christmas. I had a nice session with the Asst. General Manager and I signed up - a two year contract! I can't believe this membership is actually less per month than what I've been paying at curves - ($24.99 per month (with $99 sign up fee) versus $29.99). I have an appointment set up with a personal trainer for 5 o'clock tonight. I'm excited about this. I think it'll be a challenge. I had come to the conclusion that curves was not enough of a challenge (I knew the day would come, just didn't think it would be so soon). I was working out as hard as I could and my heart rate was not high enough. I'm determined to get below 200lbs by the end of September, so we'll see. So what's up in your world? How is everything? Who's planning on attending our "crab feast" get together next Sunday? Did we ever decide on a time for that? Have a wonderful day! Terry

Morning Terry Some days it would be better to just stay in bed I was off to a great start ... I was up and showered and dressed .. all that stuff .. even managed to fi****ching/listening to Friday's Y & R at 6 a.m. Even found something to carry for lunch (good thing there too .. as you will soon see) and was on my way to the front door when I realized my purse was not where it is supposed to be. I could visualize EXACTLY where I had seen it last .. on the floor behind the co-pilot seat in the RV .. uh oh ... OK .. not to worry, just have to make a trip in the rain out to the coach to get it .. Then I couldn't find keys for the motorhome ... Called Mr Mo and we determined that he had the door key on his Blazer keys and the rest were locked up inside the coach .. so here I am at work .. no ID badge, no drivers license, no $$$, no checkbook ... basically NADA!!! Fortunately I was able to locate Mr Mo's keys for MY truck and he didn't have those with him .. otherwise I would be driving the Camaro today .. The boys are adjusting to being home ... Poncho is still a bit traumatized by his 'dashboard' experience yesterday .. He's very skittish around Mr Mo .. as IF it was Mr Mo's fault that the dumb cat climbed up into the dashboard to take a snooze. Have a software upgrade meeting at 9 a.m. Hopefully we will have some good news about things and be back on track for our October 7 date .. or start planning the next delay .. Hearing your experience at Gold's makes me think I should really check out Big Vanilla. Gold's would be an idea, but not as close to the house or convenient as BV. Well, I had better get with it here. Have a great day! Hugs, Mo

Good morning Y'all. It was a nice weekend. We had Stephanie's 17th Birthday sleepover on Friday. Turned out really nice. All the girls seemed to have a good time. My house wasn't even all that messed up. Except for the drips of chocolate on the floor in the Kitchen from the chocolate fountain. I have never seen teenagers eat so much fruit at once. Musta been the chocolate, you think! Saturday I got some groceries and cleaned up a bit around the house for our company on Sunday. We played Clue with the girls. That was really fun. My girls think that I was so funny cuz at about 9:15 pm (when I start shutting down) I just couldn't concentrate and I was really giving away clues and such. It was funny, probably had to be there. lol. We havn't had a game night in awhile so it was nice to spend time as a family and not be in front of the TV. Sunday we had company all day. Truly enjoyed that. The kids had a great time. My friends all have boys, I have girls. The boys didn't want to come over at first but my youngest daughter really fits in with boys since she likes to play tag, football, stuff like that which most girls (esp teenagers) don't like to do that stuff. So they all had fun. My friends thought it would drive me crazy with the kids running up and down the stairs and in & out of the house. I told them that I feel that kids should have a good time and that there is nothing they can hurt so why not run around. It doesn't bother me. My dad was one who always said kids should be seen and not heard. I do not agree with that so I let them run. Yesterday we hung out at the house with the exception of a few errands. It was a nice weekend. Work is good. Have several trips to complete planning for and several meetings this week to tend to. Should be a good week. I did my conditioning exercises. It totally amazes me how hard you can work out with such little movements. Really works some good muscles. Gotta run. Have a wonderful day! Hugs Robin

Good afternoon all! My weekend was not "too" bad...I had to work on the rainy Saturday, but things went smoothly. Even had enough energy to go out with my friends Saturday night, not that we did much, just stayed in and dyed each others hair. I haven't been sleeping very well since surgery. I toss and turn. I wake up at 4am and don't fall asleep again until 530-6, then get up again at 715 to go to work. So Saturday night, I feel asleep...stayed in one position...and didn't wake up until 1030 on Sunday! I was sooooo excited thinking "yeah, I have gotten back into my sleep schedule!" Yeah....no, back to tossing and turning on Sunday night. Monday I had to do some clinicals for my school at good ol' Franklin Square's ER. It started off busy, than kinda slowed down around 330pm. Our guess was everyone came into the ER in the morning to get work notes for Tuesday, then wanted out of the ER for the afternoon to get their drink on! Sleep was crappy again last night too. So, back at work. Had to do payroll for over 100 employees in less than 2 hours, not fun, but done! Nothing else planned for the day. I am going to the gym tonight. Figured 1 mile on the treadmill, a little weights, than my 2 hour aquatics class. Hopefully I will sleep tonight. I am still in for Sunday. Just let me know what time (did we decide on 12-1230ish)? Hope to see you all there! Les

Good morning you sunshiney person (oops it's afternoon already) : Finallly got to get on-line (lunchtime at work) . Sounds like everyone had a good week-end...i didn't do a thing except read and shop a little Sat and Sunday but decided that Monday I would sort thru the clothes in my spare bedroom and get bag them up for departure from my life. Got 3 full bags done before we had to leave for a cookout so I did accomplish one thing. Won't be able to make the crab get together next week and was looking forward to seeing you guys again but since Bill always does nice stuff for me I decided to reciprocate this time and got tickets for the NASCAR race in Richmond next Sat so we'll be back sometime Sunday (unless it rains Sat then they'll run the race Sunday so we'll really be late). Hopefully I can catch back up with you all in October. Good luck with your personal trainer sounds like fun......I'm still doing Curves at least I can carve time out for that 3 times a week. Have a great week and don't work to hard!!! pat

Have a great time in Richmond~ We leave sometime around Oct 7-9 for our fall Charlotte trip for the races the 13th & 14th. I'm still hoping to get to Dover this month, but so far Mr Mo hasn't bought into it. Hugs, Mo

Holy Snickers - I saw you there yesterday! I was working out with my trainer. You were wearing a pair of capris (green khaki) and a white oversized Tshirt & sneakers! I saw Mark (Asst. Mgr) walking you around and you even passed me on the weights. I thought it was you but didn't want to make an ass of myself! haha Who is your training session with? Joe is my personal trainer. Scott is the mgr and awesome but has a rough schedule. You'll have to let me know how it goes today. Today is the only day this week I won't be there because I have dinner plans with my girlfriends. We'll have to meet one day this week. I'm so excited that you joined my gym! Did you notice all of the reconstruction yesterday? They're making a cardio cenima. Golds is awesome. I've become really good friends with Mark (asst mgr) and Shawn (GM) and they'll bend over backwards to make everyone happy. You can't beat the deal they have. I pay $45 a month because I have unlimited tanning and daycare. Anyway - welcome to my gym!! O

Guess ya caught me...hehe. Ya know, I think I recall seeing you too, but I wasn't sure it was you (or if that was indeed your gym, I wasn't sure if you were going there or Marley) and like you, I didn't want to make an ass out of myself...hehe. All the people I've run into there have seemed to be very nice. My first session today went well. My trainer is Glen. He was nice and put me at ease. I'm a little intimidated by the sheer size of the place and all the machines, but I feel comfortable there. I'm going for my second training session tomorrow at 4pm. I know I'll like it, I wouldn't have joined if I didn't think I would like it. I'm just flabbergasted that the price is less than curves. I look forward to meeting/seeing you there. I'd appreciate any pointers as far as working out, but I bet you can run rings around me...hehe. I'll be there tomorrow at 4 and probably go Friday morning or afternoon (not sure yet). I'll probably wind up there on Sat and Sun too. I really want to stop playing around with this final 25lbs. What time do you usually go? Are you joining us for our crab feast outing on Sunday? All I can recall at the moment is that it's on Eastern Ave near Back River. I think it was called BlueFinsRocks? Scroll down to Tia's post from last week for the info. Take Care, Terry
