Of course there's other FREDNECKS here..... I would love to have a walking or exercise buddy. I have an appt with Dr Schweitzer next month. Hoping for DS surgery in late January/early February. I go to a gym downcounty right now but thinking of joining Fitness First. They have a couple classes i'm interested in, free child care (but my daughter is to old for that), and have spinning (which i started back to about two months ago; just doing it once or twice a week for now) I'm not a super fast walker but i did get a new pair of sneaks this weekend, i'm dying to put to use.
