HI !!!! I am so glad to meet you! I was begining to think I was the only Fred-neck around here LOL I am looking for someone who mainly wants to walk and talk!! I love to walk on a daily or semi daily basis and I need someone to chat with either in person or on the phone about how our eating is going and life as a bandster. I have a Total gym at my house that if you wanted to... we could use BUT that is not a big deal. I just really need a walker and talker. Interrested??????

Hi, I am actually from west of Frederick, and am scheduled to get the band on October 19 with Dr. Li at Sinai, but if I dont lose weight she is going to cancel the surgery. Do you have a gym in mind, or are you planning on walking. I am looking for a gym that has child care since I will have my 4 year old (yep I am one of those 42 year olds that has finally stopped having children) when he is not in preschool. I understand that there is a support group that meets in Frederick but havent actually met with them. Maybe someone on the board has details. I know how much the exercise helps with depression, and hope you can find someone to encourage you along. Connie
