Hump Day Food Police
So, here we go again! Although I don't advocate tooth pain for anyone, having a couple liquid meals last week seemed to shine kindly on my scale. Whatever the reason, I'll take it!!!
Tuesday:
B - Kashi hot cereal w/Splenda, skim & fruit
S - 1 Kashi pumpkin spice w/flax crunch granola bar w/1 tsp. nsa lc pb
L - Asian grilled chicken salad from McD's
S - See above
D - Late! Whole grain crackers w/sf strawberry jam and nsa lc pb
All my water, vits, etc.
Wednesday:
B - See above
S - ???
L - ??? (In a food rut, don't know what I want)
S - ???
D - ???
8-10 16 oz. bottles of water/CL, vits, etc.
Although there are ??? throughout my day, I'm always well prepared at work and home to have high-protein meals, snacks - just don't know WHAT I want!!!
