Maybe Asian chicken salad from McD's W - 5 bottles after lunch, during workout D - ?? lots of things to choose from at home, maybe white chicken chili No snacking after dinner - I've been on a hot tea kick - for some reason, it soothes me mentally and physically How about you all? Hey Kelly - Up until about a month ago, I was still doing RTD protein shakes in my coffee as creamer. Then Terry introduced me to the Kashi Creamy Hot Cereal, Truly Vanilla flavor, to which I add Splenda, skim milk and usually blueberries. This keeps me fuller longer, still has protein and has the added bonus of fiber. Wow, I'm amazed that you can do steak. I still have a hard time with meats, even now. Love that Edy's nsa ice cream, too!!!!! You have a good week, too!!! Tia
