Will I be able to eat crabs?????

OK, the title of my post was really only for local humor/comedy (Maryland is for Crabs). Although, I am also a big crab eater in the summertime. I usually post in another area on OH but I thought it would be appropriate to post in my local area section as well and say Hello. On tomorrow, August 28th, 2006, I will have my WLS performed by Dr. Elariny at INOVA Hospital. I am a resident of Gorgeous Prince Georges County in Maryland (born and raised). If there are any support groups in this area I would be interested in participating. I'll be sure to report back here later on the outcome of my surgery. I wish you all success with your WLS.

Best wishes on your WLS journey! Crabs are one of my favorite things to eat post op. I have discovered an appreciation for the art of eating crabs. I used to get frustrated because I couldn't pick well enough to satisfy my appetite, not my ability to pick crabs and my appetite are about evenly matched. Thanks. It looks like it will probably be next season before I will be able to eat crabs again. Enough talk about food. I'm on the day-before-surgery clear liquid diet and it's killing me. Haven't had a lick of fook all day. lol
