delurking!!
Hi everyone,
OK school is back in session (and not a moment too soon for this single mom of two elementary-aged kids PHEW) and I've promised myself to get back on track once I didn't have them underfoot.
So to keep myself honest . . .
I totally blew off exercising this summer using the heat/humidity and kids underfoot excuse. So BEGINNING TODAY I start walking again . . . planning to go to Broadneck Park and do the rounds there I guess. I am also going to look into water aerobics classes and see if I can afford that!
I've been gaining and re-losing the same 5-8 pounds for the past several months. So BEGINNING TODAY I am buckling back down with my food plan and commiting to (1) daily input to fitday.com to keep me in line, (2) detoxing from carbs, and (3) meal planning so the RIGHT foods are in the house rather than JUNK.
Financially, I'm commiting to putting a little something a$ide for my plastic surgery fund. I had tummy tuck/hernia repair last Thanksgiving . . . the rest of my body looks like a Sharpei-on-CRACK. A breast lift/aug is my priority now, so I'm pulling out the piggy bank.
NO MORE EXCUSES BJ, do you HEAR ME??!!
Hope you all are having a wonderful Monday . . .

300/158 (saw goal of 150 for about three minutes earlier this year and am determined to see it, and stick with it PERMANENTLY)
Hi Barbara,
Sounds like you have a great plan. About the water arobics thing. The swim center at rive has saturday morning classes from 8:30 am -9:30 am for only $5.00 everytime you go. Its from sept -dec. I think the first class starts sept 16th. I know the evening classes are usually $90.00 bucks cause i took those about 2 years ago but the Saturday class is just a drop in class and you pay the pool admission which is 5 bucks. But you still have to register for it. But the website is www.aacounty.org/recparks. It has all the info for all there classes and ow to register online. I recruited half the women in my family to do it with me. Well good luck and have a great day
