TGIF Everybody!
Hi All, it's me the occasional poster (usually stalker). I guess I'd let you know what my 6 month appointment results were. I'm officially down 90 lbs since surgery (109 lbs since the two week pre-op) that is what the scale said Tuesday. As of this morning I'm down to 249 which equal -110 total pounds. For some reason I always weigh more on Tues/Wed then any other day of the week. My blood work was great, no problems there. I think Dr. Kligman may have been a little surprised with what I've lost these past 3 months. According to the "scale" I was only suppose to lose 22 lbs and I lost 34. I was only 7 lbs short of the 70% weight loss estimator chart which is much better then the 3 month appointment where I was 20 lbs short of the 70% range. I guess that means I've improved these 2nd 3 months. If I can do the same for the next 6 months I might be able to get down under 200 lbs (yeah I know it's a stretch but I'm shooting for being under 200 by New Years or at least by my anniversary). It's just something for me to work towards. I've never been normal so I don't expect to lose normally.
My plans for the weekend are to get ready for my trip next week to Minneapolis. I'll have to try out their gym in the evenings. Who knows maybe I will like it and come back and try to join up? There is always hope.
Oh well, better get back to work. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Hey Robin
I was thinking of you last night when I was line dancing. I've just about run out of my 'guest' visits, so I filled out an application to become a WOTM.
You are doing great! I think I was about 75-80 pounds down at my 6 months and then 95-98 pounds at my year. I finally got to about 106 and then slid back up to 100-ish .. I still need to lose about 35 more, but if I can maintain where I am I won't be complaining.
Have a great trip to Minneapolis. I always try to use the hotel workout room when I travel. I'm headed to Chicago for a software conference in late October, so I hope I am still resolved to be walking on treadmill while I am there!
Hugs, Mo
