Hi Heather. Welcome to the board. I love this place. I find so much support here. I am excited for you and your upcoming lap-band surgery. We have a few people in my hospital support group (Walter Reed Army Medical Center) that had lap-band and they are doing great. We almost bought a townhouse in Rosedale when we moved here last summer. Alas we settled in Columbia for the time being. Decided not to buy yet. Rosedale is a nice area. Hi Robin I work in Columbia on Dobbin Road and my hubby is on the road a lot for his job, but is mostly in the DC/VA/Rockville area. We want to move closer to work so we're going to be selling our house sometime within the next year. The house is older ('63), but it's really nice with a big yard. Thanks for the welcome! Hi there. I had lap band surgery 1 year ago at St. Agnes Hospital. I have officially lost 80 lbs. I have my pics posted on webshots. Just posted on the lap band forum with the link . Good luck on your upcoming surgery Anything I can do to help just give a yell patti
