There are a couple of things to think about when weighing. During the course of a day your weight can vary ... so if you are weighing daily, pick a time and weigh consistently at that time each time you weigh. Also, you are going to drive yourself crazy if you weigh daily!!! Don't let the scale rule your life .. and never be 'afraid' to eat ... you have to be conscious of eating ENOUGH each day .. don't let your body perceive starvation mode.
