Thanks Debbie~ I go line dancing with a couple of girlfriends who belong to the Moose Lodge in Pasadena. I think I have two more times that I can go as a guest before I have to join the Moose if I want to keep it up. I am absolutely DREADFUL at line dancing, but I want to keep it up... maybe one of these days I'll master it The good thing about where we go is that it's not a whole lot of people, so it's not so embarrassing. I did manage to sleep pretty well last night. I only woke up once or twice and didn't wake up until almost 5 .. but then I didn't go to bed til 11. Hugs, Mo

Hey Robin! The more the merrier I say .. There is a $5 cover if you are doing the dancing thing. The Moose Lodge in Pasadena is WAYYYYYYYYY wayyyyyyy out there !!! It's off Mountain Road after the end of Route 100 a ways past the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Hugs, Mo

I figured the Moose Lodge was way out there. I was searching for a close one a year or so ago and couldn't find one. They have been trying to get one running in Odenton for over two years now (still meet in the basement of Perry's). I'll have to look into what's going on and maybe map quest all the Moose Lodges in Maryland and see what I come up with (again). See ya, Robin

Mo, I live in Pasadena! I don't know how much it cost to join the moose etc, but I know a great beginner line dancing place as well. The lady that teaches is named Dottie and her hubbies name is Will. They are wonderful, I learned everything there and then I started dancing at Cancun Cantina. They teach in Ferndale and it's $7.00/night. But you don't have to pre-pay or paid for missed sessions, you just go whenever you want to. I am considering doing it again because it is exercise that I actually enjoy to do and it's not in a bar scene etc. It is mostly older people, but everyone is welcoming and sweet. Thanks Debbie! I'll look into that too. We pay $5 at the Moose. Right now I don't have to pay to join, but I will soon because I will have run out of people to be their 'guest'.
