Hey Tracy - Where are you? I miss your responding to the Food Police posts! I went to DVR for my 1 year and he told me no snacking at night. So I'm going to try just like you are! It's tough! Funny, though, a friend of mine down the hall had her surgery with Dr. Li at Sinai, and she told her to eat before she went to bed, that it would help her metabolism! HUH????
