Update on Leslie Baker

Hey everybody - Leslie's mom, Terry (another Terry M.!!) called me last night to let me know that Leslie's surgery with the great Dr. DVR went off without a hitch. It was over about 3:30 and he removed her gallbladder, too, because it was pretty inflamed. She said she was in a lot of pain, probably gas pain, and I said oops! because I'd forgotten to tell her about what the nurses called "referred pain" in my shoulder from the anesthesia. Not fun! Hopefully, she had a restful night. Her mom was under the impression that they probably would not get her up until this morning, and I told her that unless something had changed, they probably would not let her stay in bed the whole time, they probably had her up last night. Well, anyway, she made it to THE LIGHTER SIDE, so keep her in your thoughts today! GO LESLIE, GO LESLIE, GO LESLIE!!! Thanks, Teresa

Thank you all for your support...from what I understand I was quite the animal after surgery and quite a few people got the brunt of it all... oopps! Ah well, everything ended up fine! Thanks again!
