Friday Eve Food Police
Hey all -
Well, DVR tells me that I'm doing good, I just need to watch the occasional foray into sugarland, and no nighttime snacking (GOD HELP ME!) So I'm gonna try really hard, because I'd like to see a significant weight loss by the time I see him again in 6 months.

Hey!
Didn't have a plan for yesterday, so I have nothing to compare it to. As I said in the other post, I gave in to snacking...but it was nothing compared to before surgery.
Today I've had:
B - Tealicious Protein Drink
2, 20 oz waters
1, 16.9 oz water
1/3 cup trail mix with nuts/raisins/sunflower seeds
I plan the following:
L - sandwich wrap with low carb tortilla, 2 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese
2, 20 oz water
D - 1/2 - 3/4 cup spaghetti squash with parmesan topped with meatsauce and more parmesan - yummy
No snacking after dinner! I'm right there with ya Tia, it's hard not to.
I know what you mean about feeling like a failure...but my Dr. said most folks have lost between 50 and 55% of their excess weight at 1 year, so we're above average g/f! I'm trying not to obsess about it...
Hugs,
Terry
Thanks, as always, g/f! Glad you're feeling better - didn't want you sick in Siesta Key!!! You're right, we're ahead of the game weight loss-wise, but still....
You know, the funny thing about snacking after dinner - I'm really not sure if I'm hungry or if it's head hunger. DVR said I should find something to do instead of eating - I didn't have the heart to tell him what my life is like! It's certainly not like I'm sitting in front of the tube with a bag of chips!!!!
Glad the spaghetti squash worked out well, I'd forgotten that I wanted to give you directions on how to cook it in the microwave. I love that stuff!!!
XOXOXO,
Tia
