Okay, once again I changed the name of my post - I think I'll stick with this, in light of where I work!!! What I really ate on Tuesday: AH - 8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda B - Kashi hot cereal w/8 oz. skim milk, blueberries, Splenda S - Tablespoon of nsa, lc pb 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL L - Tuna salad/cheese on Triscuits, lopes 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL S - Pure Protein bar - wanted chocolate!!!! D - Sausage, meat sauce & cheese from 2 pieces of pizza, two bites of crust S - vanilla kiddie cup (SEE??!! - carbs - sugar = ) I didn't dump, but there wasn't much in the cup, or rather, it was just enough for me LS - 1/2 bag of microwave popcorn Wednesday: AH - 8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda B - B - Kashi hot cereal w/8 oz. skim milk, blueberries, Splenda 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL before lunch L - McDonald's Asian Chicken Salad 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL after lunch S - ??? probably pb D - ??? How's everyone else doing? Tia

What I really ate Tuesday: Protein Bar 1/2 C 1% Cottage Chees w/1 C. Watermelon Salad w/1/4 Tuna, 1/4 FF Cheese/ 2T SF Dressing 2 slice SF/Lite WholeGrain Toast w/2 Tsp SF Jam 2 SF Popcicles (sp) Tilapia w/carrots, leeks and fingerling potatoes (leftovers) 1/4 Peanuts Bag SmartBal Plain MW Popcorn 64 oz water 24 oz decaf ice tea _____________________________ Wed AM - Exercise 70 min spinning / 15 minutes Stair climbing - really cool actual stair climbiing machine - not the stair stepper... it's a killer Wed Pretty much same until dinner --- no leftovers - no clue what to have... /Lisa

LOL... 1.5oz Fleet prep 8oz Propel 1 diluted can of beef broth another propel Trying to keep hydrated...lol, but your food sounds better...

Hey Leslie - OMG!!! You are a bad girl!!!! Try to keep that sense of humor - I'm sorry to say that after weeks of clear liquids, full liquids and pureed, not to mention the hormones just raging through your bloodstream because of the rapid weight loss - not much is funny!!! Sorry, you asked for it!!! Pretty soon, you'll be eating what we are! Is someone gonna post for you once your surgery's over? If you like, I'll email you my cell and whoever is with you can call me. I think the pre-op was the absulute worst thing... made post op a piece of cake...no pun intended... Best wishes on a speedy recovery and healthful journey. /Lisa
