Whatdidja Eat/Whatcha' Eating?
Okay, as you can see, I've revamped this a little - it's always easy for me to sound like I'm doing so well, but my problem is actually snacking, so maybe this will help all of us be even more accountable. So the first part will be what we ACTUALLY ate yesterday, and the second part will be the regular whatcha' eating. Hope this helps others, too!!!
WHAT I ACTUALLY ATE ON MONDAY AFTER BREAKFAST:
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL
S - Spoonful of lc/nsa pb
L - Tuna salad/cheese on Triscuits, cantaloupe
S - Spponful of lc/nsa pb & s/f grape jelly (the s/f grape was NASTY)
MEAH - 1/2 pine nut cookie - See? It's those carbs!!! Although last year, I'd have eaten more than 1/2, that's for sure!!!
D - Started to eat a piece of tilapia pan sauteed w/butter & Old Bay and winter squash - the fish didn't like me and the winter squash was pureed (ICK!!!), so I actually ate a bowl of Kashi hot cereal w/skim milk, Splenda & blueberries
S - 1/2 bag (gave Mom the other half) of microwave popcorn
TUESDAY:
AH - 8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda
B - Kashi hot cereal w/skim milk, Splenda & blueberries
AW - 8 oz. coffee/11 oz. protein drink as creamer, Splenda
S - ? I'm on a pb kick, but I guess it could be worse!!!
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL
L - Same as Monday
D - ???? May be going out with Mom & Dad
S - probably popcorn - that and flavored hot tea has become my passion
Not too bad, I guess, so why isn't this weight coming off? I know, I know, exercise - so tonight, after Dad's surgery orientation, I'm stopping by the hospital gym where I used to go to renew my membership. I've gotta do something!!!!!!

1C Watermelon
1/4 C 1% cottage cheese
salad w/1/4 C Tuna, 1/4 FF Moz Cheese/2T Walden Farms dressing 0 Cal, 0Fat...
4 oz Tilapia steamed w/carrots leaks and fingerling potatoes
Smart Balance plain popcorn
2 SF popscicles (sp?) spread throughout the day
80 oz water
20 oz decaf ice tea
Exercise Mon- 50 min cardio + 45 min spin class

tues so far:
protein bar
1/2 C cottage Cheese
1 C watermelon
24 oz water
Exercise: weights 1 hour/ 40 min cardio
I'm a huge Peanut butter fan... I find if i measure 1 T (which is a lot) I do better than when I don't. Acually, as you can see I'm on a measure kick again. I just feel like I'm in much more control when I measure and write it down. It helps me especially when I creep up 2/3 pounds.... very frustrating because I do exercise a lot... and maybe it's just me but I don't think I eat all that much....
Today, my goal is to repeat and get the 80 oz of water in again... no tea until the water goal is met...

Thanks! Yep, I think being accountable will help me and hopefully, others, a lot!
I don't know why, I was never a huge pb fan before - maybe because now I know it's a good source of protein?
I usually don't have a problem getting in 140-160 oz. of water a day. Of course, none of it's plain water - my pouch says , so I just do CL all day. In between my trips to the bathroom, of course!!!

Monday: (I didn't keep track so this will be my best guess)
B: coffee protein drink
L: 1 hard boiled egg; leftover Chinese food (about 1.5 cups worth)
PM Snacks: cherries; soy crisps; 1/2 cob of corn; 2 small peppermint patties ( )
D: meat sauce and low carb pasta and veggies
Snacks: soy crisps; cherries
got all my vitamins and calcium in! also got in over 90 oz of non-caffeinated liquid! yay me!
Tuesday plan:
B: coffee protein drink
AM snack: 1/4 bagel w/half egg, cheese and bacon sand from Dunkin donuts; DD iced coffee
L: chicken salad with crackers
PM Snack: roast beef with cheese stick; peanuts
D: leftover chinese food with 1/4 c. rice

Thanks, Teresa. I don't know if I can take the "Good girl" or not..I seriously don't remember if that's all I ate! You know about selective amnesia, right? lol
Tonight I'm going to pay better attention. and I do love the sf peppermint patties! I can't do more than two of those either..unless I need to! *giggle*
