Morning - Okay, today's a new day and the start of a new week. So if you've fallen off the wagon recently, here's a hand up for you! AH - 8 oz. coffee w/8 oz. skim milk and Splenda B - Kashi hot cereal w/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda and blueberries 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water before lunch L - Mom's famous tuna salad w/Triscuits, lopes 5 - 16 oz. bottles of water after lunch D - Filet mignon, fresh roasted asapargus w/cheese sauce, and s/f chocolate souffle - YEAH, RIGHT!!! Actually, pan sauteed tilapia and some green stuff - the first one sure sounded better, didn't it? Hopefully, no snacking today, but I brought a Pure Protein bar and I've got s/f, lc pb and s/f jelly, some Greek yogurt and blueberries, so hopefully my snacking choices will be good. Work's not the problem, home is - mini popcorn if I really need it. Right, like I ever "NEED" a snack! Take care, Tia

Good morning Tia So far I've had my 20 oz. iced coffee/protein shake and now I'm nibbling on a SB meal replacement bar. I stopped at Super Fresh on my way in to pick up lettuce for my lunch. I've got a few steamed shrimp left from Saturday night that will go on the salad and cheese topped with balsamic dressing. I pulled a steak out of the freezer for Mr Mo's dinner and I'll have a small piece off of that. The snack thing here will be sunflower seeds and most likely an EAS nutrition bar mid afternoon. I'll get my liquids in some where along the way as well. Hugs, Mo

Hey Mo - Careful with that steak - we don't want a repeat of yesterday now, do we? I went to the grocery store last night for my brother, and picked up some stuff for me, too, so I'm pretty well prepared for the week. Steamed shrimp are so versatile, aren't they? I hate to peel them, though, so I buy them raw, clean and peel and sautee in EVOO and Old Bay - yum-o - steamed shrimp taste without the work after they're flavored! XOXOXO, Tia

It was the burger yesterday!!! I don't have problems (usually) with my blue burgers at Texas Steak ... I know better than to order a burger at a strange place Next time it will be the salad!!! I'm not crazy about the peeling part either, but I'm not so good at cooking them myself, so I'll peel if I have to. I buy the bags of frozen already cooked/peeled at Sam's. That reminds me .. I've got a bag of shrimp in the freezer that I need to start working on . Hugs, Mo

Burger, steak - what's the diff? I put pork chops in the crockpot last night for my brother and tested them this morning. They were nice and tender, but once I chewed, I could tell there was no way I was gonna be able to eat them! The great thing about cooking raw shrimp is that you cook them until they're opaque and pink - not translucent anymore. I'll have you gourmet cooking in no time - Mr. Mo will love me! Tia

I"ll play - I sort of need to get back on the wagon. I am at 208 and want to be under 200 by the end of September! That's 7 weeks..I should be able to do it!! B: Iced coffee with vanilla protein and Nectar cappucino protein - yum!! L: 1 hard boiled egg; leftover Chinese food (about 1.5 cups worth) PM Snacks to choose from: lc yogurt and cottage cheese; sf cookie; cherries; soy crisps; 1/2 cob of corn. I don't know which I'll have..but I like having variety! D: ribs, veggies I've already had 30 oz of CL; working on 30 oz of water. I'll probably have another 2 cups of 30 oz of water/CL before the end of the day. It's night snacking that's my biggest problem. *sigh* Felicia

Hey girl - I feel your "night snacking" pain. Actually, I'd been thinking of doing an additional post in the a.m. - Whatdidja Eat Last Night? Because it's easy to say what you PLAN to eat, but another thing to actually be accountable for it to others. We'll see - stay tuned to this channel! Teresa
