Are you Moving to Exercise Today???

Well since you all like it, I will attempt to hold us accountable by asking the dirty ole "E" question. Did you excerise today? If so what did you do and how much. I haven't made it to the gym yet today. I will be going sometime this evening. Like last night -- I will do the same ole same ole. Thirty minutes bike warm-up, followed by 20 minutes on cross trainer, and 30 minutes additional biking. Here's to the big "E" Debra

Oops... I responded to your first exercise post.... great idea by the way... So, since I already posted today, Tuesday I did my weight training and 40 minutes on the tread mill. I return in the evening for Yoga--- my best night's sleep afterward... and I squeezed in 15 minutes crosstrainer. Okay, so I'll get this right tomorrow /Lisa

I promise that even when I don't move to lose .. I'll still be accountable for that!!! Again, I really didn't do anything special but after work I had some errands to run so I walked a bit around stores and from the parking lot into the store, etc. I didn't park in the closest spot to the door, but I could have been farther away! When this dang heat breaks, I hope to start getting to the park to walk after work again. Hugs, Mo

On 8/2 did 45 minute step aerobics class followed by ab work and lower body toning. Today ( 8/3) is my "light day", so I am planning 60 minutes of light aerobis and no toning.

Let's get it on. Eliptical Monday and Tuesday. Swimming Tuesday night. Wednesday went for a quick walk at lunch. Probably only a mile (sweaty!). Thursday back to five miles on the eliptical. Gym across the street is shutting down for 10 days starting Saturday to clean and add new equipment. It'll be the Y for me for a few mornings. Hopefully it will go smoothly.
