Whatcha' Eating on Thump Day??
Hey all -
Well, it seems from my earlier post about the coffee that I had more than my share of *****berry Koolaid (s/f of course!). Really, here's what I've done so far:
AH - 8 oz. coffe/8 oz. skim milk w/Splenda
B - Ka****ruly Vanilla Hot Cereal w/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda and blueberries
AW - 8 oz. coffee/11 oz. protein drink as creamer
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL before lunch
L - Tia's Mess (Browned ground turkey, diced canned tomatoes, black beans & cheese) Looks YUCK! but tastes good and has lots of protein!
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL after lunch
D - Out with brother, probably grilled something and salad
S - Hopefully, none!!!!
How about you all?

Crabs .. crabs .. and MORE crabs !!! ooooooooh .. that's just for dinner ..
Had a 20 oz iced coffee/protein shake .. now drinking on my personal 4 cup pot (sorry .. I couldn't resist .. ) of hot coffee
May have a SB meal replacement bar in a bit for a snack .. or sunflower seeds (they really help things keep moving .. and satify the 'salt' urge)
Lunch is some l/o pot roast/gravy/taters .. emphasis on the roast
afternoon snack will be an EAS nutrition bar about 3:30
Dinner will be the crabs .. crabs .. crabs (can ya tell I am excited ??? )
I will be busy drinking bottled water too .. I discovered that the deal I got on the Crystal Light 2 go sticks at Sam's club are for 20 oz bottles ... not the 16.9 oz bottles, so I have to remember not to dump the whole stick in.. or it's WAY too much flavor ...

Um, Moie? On the coffee thing......BITE ME!! (please!) You are SOOOOO funny! Bad girl!
I find that since I'm pretty much chained to my desk during the day, if I line up 5 bottles of water (so they can be room temp), I can easily drink them because they're in my line of sight. Funny, I used to do the same thing with chocolate (pre-op of course!) Then I do the same thing after lunch. Consequently, I'm a guzzling/peeing fool all day.
Alrighty-roo, have fun with the crabs. Eat some for us, please!!!

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1 cup nf milk
bananna
snack: 1 c sf apple sauce
lunch: small snackales
1 c. sf van. pudding
supper: 1 chicken breast
two small suckers given out to us at teacher training - couldn't resist
a fist full of candy was placed right in front of every desk -- i think i did well by resisting all but the two small suckers.
coffee in am - coffee in pm -- diet soda - WATER (prob. not enough)
