Whatcha' Eating on Hump Day?
Well, my little fingers have been busily typing away, so I'm behind on my water so far this morning! Gonna work on that now!
AH - 8 oz. coffee w/8 oz. skim milk
B - Kashi Hot Cereal w/8 oz. skim milk, Splenda and blueberries
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL before lunch
L - Going out to the Backfin in Pikesville - Crab cake & salad
5 - 16 oz. bottles of water/CL after lunch
S - Payday Pro bar????
D - ?????? Anybody want to cook for me?

Hey Tia! Here's my food plan:
AM - 2 cups of hot tea
B - Atkins protein shake and a nectarine
L - Atkins protein bar, raw baby carrots, and carb control yogurt
S - weight control oatmeal and some fruit
D - I didn't have my planned "gastric bypass bacon cheeseburger" last night, so I will have it tonight with some type of raw veggies and a s/f dessert.
No food after dinner
meds and vits: done
water: Will shoot for 100 oz of liquids - already have 50 oz under my belt
exercise: between 45 - 60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work

Sounds good! My lunch plans fell through, (I was supposed to be treated to lunch, so I didn't bring much $$$$). Since I had to pay for my own, I had a garden herb cheeseburger, no bun, and part of a salad. The burgers at The Backfin are great - basically a burger with Aloette spreadable cheese broiled on top. I got it medium to see if I could eat it, and I was able to eat most of it with no problem! Yay! Another victory!!!
No food after dinner for me, either!!!

Here is what I ate today:
breakfast: oatmeal w/1 c skimmed milk
fresh peach
snack: 1 c yogurt low fat
lunch: 4 chicken wings
1/2 side salad w/ tsp dressing
Diet soda (drank before I ate)
Planned for supper:1 chicken breast (left over)
1 c. sugar free vanilla pudding
(maybe a veggie - 1/2 c)
drinks: 2 large iced coffees today w/skimmed milk, large propel, water at gym.
I am not getting in enough plain ole water.
