Whatcha' Eating?
Trying to be balanced. Three meals and a snack. Using the Weigh****cher point system to keep me nourished.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs made with 1/2 c milk (drank the other half)
1 cup watermelon
Snack a.m. - 1 cup low fat yogurt
Lunch: small lunchable box (meat, cheese, crackers only)
small salad -balsamic vinegar & 2 tsp olive oil
1/2 sugar free apple sauce
Evening: 1 chicken breast
1/2 c. cooked spinach
Small salad w/ balsamic vinegar only
Drinks: Two iced coffees with 1 cup milk skimmed - splenda
Water
