Well, today's going to be a little bit of a challenge for me. I have to leave at 10-ish for a funeral down south, so I'm not going to be chugging the fluids like normal, because I don't know what the potty situation is going to be. AH - 8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk WTW - 16 oz. water B - 8 oz. coffee/11 oz. premade protein drink S - Greek yogurt w/Splenda and blueberries L - ?? on the road??? Never a good thing to have to eat on the road, but I'm not sure if there's going to be a wake after the funeral or if the people I'm riding with will elect to go to Mickey D's D - ?? may treat myself to a restaurant since it's PAYDAY and I have support group tonight I am taking some nuts, cheese sticks and protein bars with me so I don't pass out!!!! Hey Teresa, good luck on your road trip and definitely treat yourself to something nice today! Anyway, here's my food plan: AM - 2 cups of hot tea B - weight control oatmeal and apple sauce cup (7 protein) L - Atkins protein bar, baby carrots, and an applesauce cup (20 protein) S - Pure protein bar (20 protein). ON SALE FOR $1 EACH THIS WEEK AT GIANT!!! D - Crab cake crumbled over tossed salad, s/f jello (18 protein). I cooked "a lot" of crab cakes for my mother's birthday party last Saturday and this represents the last of the leftovers, thank goodness! PM - Zip, Zilch, Nada, no food after dinner!!! Vits - Done Protein - 65 grams Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz Exercise - have support group meeting tonight, so no time to workout

Hey Tracy - Guess I'll be seeing you tonight - I know what you look like, but I don't know if you remember me, so I'll give you some clues - I have short blonde hair, and am wearing black pants and a silky-knit black top w/white flowers. Right now, I have on heels, but that may change to sandals by 7 p.m.!! Wearing heels again takes some getting used to! Anyway, look me up. We've spoken before in person, but it's been a while. Faye is supposed to be there with pictures of her baby, so I can't wait to see them. Thanks for the tip about the Pure Protein bars - I like some of their flavors, and in fact, I smeared lc/nsa pb on a choc/pb bar yesterday! Not bad, but my brain is too smart to be convinced that it's by Reese's!!!! We are available for any leftover crab cakes you may have next time! Although Randy, my pouch, doesn't like them hot. Room temp or cold works thought! See you tonight! T.

AH - most of a liter bottle of cranberry flavored beverage (sweetened with splenda) AW - 20 oz iced coffee protein shake South Beach meal replacement bar Now I'm working on a 20 oz pot of coffee Lunch - romaine salad with canned chicken, cheese, balsamic dressing, Kashi crackers Snack - EAS nutrition bar and/or sunflower seeds Dinner - leftovers ... either beef ribs or meatloaf And bottles of water sprinkled throughout the day
