Whatcha' Eating on Monday???
Hey all -
Well, I fell off the wagon so to speak yesterday, but not really. It was my nephew's birthday, and I had a little pizza, some cake, well some frosting, which I consider the best part, and some ice cream. The difference, as I mentioned elsewhere, is that last year, I would've had LOTS, and would have some of each for breakfast the next morning!!! But not now, what I had was enough, which is a great feeling! So, here's what's on tap for today:
8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk
20 oz. of water, with about 80 oz. more to be consumed before 12
B - 8 oz. coffee/ 11 oz. protein drink
S - Sweetened Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries
L - Cottage cheese pancakes w/Greek seasoning, shrimp, tomatoes, cukes, onions & unsweetened Greek yogurt
5 - 16.9 oz. bottles of water
D - ???? going to the gym for my long overdue workout, so who knows?

Hey Teresa, here's my plan for today
AM - dose liquid protein, 2 cups of hot tea (15 protein)
B - weight control oatmeal and a cup of melon (7 protein)
L - Atkins protein bar, some leftover tossed salad, and half an apple (19 protein)
S - One baked chicken tenderloin and some raw baby carrots (not sure how much protein - maybe 5)
D - Crab cake, tossed salad, s/f fudgsickel (12 protein)
PM - second dose of liquid protein (15 protein)
Vits - Done
Protein - 73 grams
Liquids - want to get in 80-100 oz
Exercise - 45-60 minutes of cardio (not sure what type) and lower body toning

Sounds like a good plan!!! Man, I still CANNOT do baked chicken of any sort. Pre-op, I loved chicken, but now !! Shrimp is currently my drug of choice. Geresbeck's, a grocery store in my neighborhood, has 31-40 count shrimp, which is actually a good size for me, for $5.95 a pound, and if you buy a 4 pound bag, there's a $2 off coupon - good deal!
Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday at support group! BTW, you seriously need to change your MB pic - I looked on DVR's site, and man, you look beautiful! I really have no room to talk, since I don't have any pics and haven't done anything to my profile! Due, in large part, to the fact that I don't know how and that I usually use work's computer as I have dial-up at home and it is deathly slow!!!

I've had a 20 oz iced coffee/protein shake so far
There's a SB meal replacement bar in the drawer for a snack in bit
Lunch will be the usual ... romaine hearts, chicken, shredded cheese with balsamic vin & oil dressing and a few Kashi crackers
I've got an EAS nutrition bar for the afternoon (or the ever present sunflower seed collection .. or both if need be .. lol)
I think tonight will be meat loaf. Since I was so punky last week and never fixed any dinners, it's time to pull out the easy to fix stuff that I bought for last week.
I may try to get in another iced coffee/protein shake when I get home or before I go to bed.
