Whatcha' Eating on Thump Day???
Well, if Wednesday can be Hump Day, Thursday can be Thump Day!!!
Last night, I fixed cottage cheese pancakes w/feta for lunch today. I'll eat them with some cukes, maters, and Greek yogurt, which, if you don't add anything, tastes just like sour cream, but with lots of protein. It's pretty versatile, and if you add Splenda and fruit, tastes like sweetened yogurt. I bought some s/f honey, so I may try that.
AM - 8 oz. coffee w/Splenda and 8 oz. skim milk
WTW - 12 oz. diet iced tea, 2-16 oz. bottles of water
B - 8 oz. coffee w/Splenda and 11 oz. French Vanilla protein drink
S - apple w/nsa, lc pb
5 more 16 oz. bottles of water w/Crystal Light
L - Greek pancakes
4-5 more 16 oz. bottles of water
D - ???? hmmmm?
S - maybe mini bag of popcorn
Well, that's it. How about all of you? I have a retirement dinner to go to tomorrow night, the menu includes chicken, which makes me , and a crabcake, so I'll be good. I told my friend that he could have the chicken and I'll take his crabcake. And, of course, a bite or two of dessert, supposed to be some kind of chocolate decadence!!!

ummmmmmmmmmm... I'm trying to get a protein shake in me now. I've been so miserable that I am 'afraid' to eat, but at least I have had the presence of mind to keep the fluids/water in me.
I've got the usual lunch salad stuff in the fridge or it will be a SB meal replacement bar.
No idea about later.

Hey Theresa! Where'd you find s/f honey? I'm definitely gonna fix some of those cottage cheesepancakes this weekend.
AM - dose of liquid protein syrup and now drinking my second cup of hot tea.
B - weight control oatmeal and strawberries
L - Pure Protein bar, tossed salad, and a peach
S - no idea.... don't have many groceries in the house. Maybe a couple slices of 2% cheese melted on wheat melba crisps
D - Probably one of those frozen filet of sole dinner entrees, s/f jello for dessert
Water - will try to get down 100 oz of liquids
Meds and Vits - Done
Exercise: gave myself the night off last night, but tonight will do 45-60 minutes of cardio followed by lower body toning and ab work.

I found the s/f honey at the Super Walmart in Aberdeen. I think there's one near Arundel Mills Mall, too. I had heard about it on the boards, but had never found it. I think it actually says, "Sugar Free Honey Alternative," but I just kind of grabbed it without reading the label.
Am I gonna see you on 7/26 at support group? Maybe you could kick my butt in person!!!!hehehehe!
