I have a date!

Had my consult with Dr. Li this afternoon and my date for the Bypass is set for Sept. 12th!!! I am excited and a little out of my mind with all the testing, etc that has to happen before. She also asked me to lose 15 lbs before then so I am going to follow the food plan on the Sinai website. I think that will do it. I know I will be "talking" with you all as the days go by. Wish me luck as I start into the eating plan tomorrow. Julie

Julie - That's great! I know you must feel such a sense of relief, excitement, nausea , etc. Trust us, it's all normal. All the testing you have to have done will make the time !!! before you know it!!! Good luck on the pre-op diet, I know you'll do well. Keep us posted, Teresa

HAHAHAHAAHAHAH, the joke's on me! I was ditzy when I got home yesterday and gave you the wrong date!!! The surgery is on the 15th, not the 12th. Geeze! I had a good laugh at myself anyway...:0) Thank you for all of your support and I will be calling on all of you. Julie
