Whatcha' Eating??
Well, I already ranted about what I ate today, so I'll just get on with it:
MEAH (Mindless eating at home): 1/4 donut
AH (At home): 8 oz. coffee/8 oz. skim milk
WTW (Way to Work): 3 - 16.9 oz. bottles of water
B: 8 oz. coffee/11 oz. protein shake
S: lc/nsa pb w/apple
L: Egg salad on cuke slices
D: Cottage cheese pancakes - some variation, veggies
S: Mini bag of popcorn
Fluids: An additional 5 - 16.9 oz bottles of water before 12, 4-5 more between 1:30-4
So that's it! How you doin'?
Oh, BTW, I made the cottage cheese pancakes last night w/Greek seasoning, and topped them with cukes, tomatoes and sour cream - YUM-O!!!

Good morning sweetie!
So far I've had a bottle of water and I'm just about done with my 20 oz coffee/protein shake .. then I have 20 oz of decaf coffee made. If I make it to lunchh I have salad with chicken and cheese topped with balsamic dressing and a few crackers.
I'm feeling punky and i'm not sure I'll make it to lunch time. I popped in to see my boss a bit ago and warned her that if I didn't get feeling better I'd be outta here.

AM - dose of liquid protein syrup and 2 cups of hot tea
B - weight control oatmeal and a nectarine
L - Strive protein bar, raw baby carrots, and a NSA applesauce cup
S - probably another protein bar or something - not too sure
D - baked salmon and veggies (dont think I have any salad fixins in the house, so probably some canned green beans or something)
S - s/f popsickle or s/f jello
Water - have already gotten in more than 60 ounces and will continue drinking.
