new protein drink and single vitamin per dr.lin

Just wanted to know if anyone has sampled the protein drink and vitamins.From what i hear you just have to take this 1 pill 3 times a day and it has everything in it.So you just have to take that and drink protein it's called Optisource sold at walgreens.com.

This fulfills the calcium requirement?? And they have it mixed in with iron and the multi-vitamin? I'd be interested to hear how they did that

I used the optisource vitamins for a little while - only one bottle. I got tired of the taste after a while. The shakes I didn't care for that much either and the strawberry flavor actually made me dump. But, I know someone else that uses the vitamins and loves them. You might see if he can give you a sample to try. My doctor usually has sample sizes he can give out.
