Whatcha' Eating?
Well, since this weight doesn't seem to want to come off, my scale LOVES the number 236 - I guess it's better than 326, huh? But since my 1 year is coming up quickly, I want this weight OFF! I really need to be more compliant than I have been as far as snacking - protein, no problem, water, no problem, vits, no problem - exercise we won't talk about, but it IS a problem , one which I hope to rectify shortly.
Anyway, I thought if you all were seeing what I was eating daily, it would help me - provided, of course, that I'm truthful!!! !

B - Protein shake in coffee w/Splenda
S - Apple w/lc, nsa peanut butter
L - Crab cake and cucumber salad (cukes, onions & vinegar)
D - ? Maybe zucchini lasagna or tuna salad
So far, all my vits, 80 oz. of water/Crystal Light and two cups of coffee.

I hav't done nearly as well as you today.
B - 12 oz decaf coffee w/splenda, 1/4 sausage/egg mcmuffin
L - 2 small fried lake trout
S - corn muffin
D - 2 small fried lake trout
S - sugar free freeze pop
I took all my supplements. But I've only drank about 20 ozs of water today.
I'll try to get in at least another 20 ozs before I go to bed.

You've done great with the protein - just DRINK THA****ER, GIRL!!!!
I love lake trout, but haven't had it since I worked in downtown Baltimore about 18 years ago. Seems like you could buy fried lake trout at every corner carry-out. I love fried steak fish, too, and my Mom makes the best! I had grilled catfish on Saturday at Cracker Barrel, and it was YUM-O!
