No, not a new guy - I wish!!! Heck, I'd even taken an old one at this point! I should really do a post about dating, specifically, how one does it and where to find fish!!!! But I digress - came up with this yummy dish over the weekend. Chicken, beef and pork are not my friends, so I eat a LOT of shrimp. Usually buy 5 pounds when it's on sale and divide it up into many freezer baggies. I usually sautee in olive oil and Old Bay, but this weekend, I sauteed in olive oil, Greek seasoning (just bought in the spice aisle). Once cooled, I mixed with cukes, matoes, feta (my fave!), and Greek dressing I bought from my fave Greek restaurant, Samos, in Greektown, near Highlandtown, near Baltimore City. YUM-O!!!! It went down well, and I was able to eat quite a bit because of the water content of the veggies!!! Just thought I'd share 'cause I could - I LOVE RACHEL RAY, SHE IS MY GOD!!!! Lovins' Teresa

I need to find a substitute for the feta and the cukes .. and ..ummmm maybe the dressing and then I'll be all set!!! I bought a 2 pound bag of 'jumbo' frozen cooked shrimp over the weekend, so I can start switching my chicken strips out at lunch for shrimp for a change. Hugs, Mo P.S. I'm on the lookout for single men for my friends Phyllis and Marlene, so I'll just add you to the list! I really don't know any eligible men but just in case I find any I've got that list!
