Sorry, I haven't seen them anywhere commercially. My doctor used to carry them in his office (in Salisbury), but I think he discontinued the permalean products.

Hi M.A., I'm not sure but they may have them at the Halethorpe Pharmacy. They sell Permalean and other bariatric supplements. The Pharmacy is located on Francis Avenue (Ridge Road off of Washington Blvd, Rte 1 (just south of 695) turns into Francis Avenue). If I knew the phone number I'd give it to you.
