Way to go Kymme--- I am happy for you. I know that this is the best decision i have made-- i am 11 days post op and 14 pounds lighter!!!. i am back at work and moving around well. Also-- Those protein shake recipes of nancy's are wonderful-- especially the banana split and egg nog ones!!!!!! TIna
