Sinai Orientation Seminar Date Correction

Beginning July 3 the process for applying to Sinai Hospital Baraitric Program and the format for ourmonthly seminars will be as follows Monthly Seminar Meetings will be continue to be held on the first Monday of the month, the next meeting being July 3 from 6-8pm in Sinai's Zamoiski Audtiorium. From 6-7pm the format for the meeting will be an Orientation program. During this time we will review the process from application to initial appointment. Applications will be available for you at the meeting. Mailing of applications will no longer be supported. You are able to download the application from our web site, http://www.lifebridgehealth.org, but you will be required to attend the orientation seminar before scheduling your initial appointment. The change will allow us to provide you with an overview of our program as well as to answer your questions about topics such as: insurance coverage, pre-operative testing, length of time before initial appointment, etc. From 7-8pm the educational topic for the month will be presented. In July Dr Li will be speaking on Basics of Gastric Bypass. No reservations are necessary. We will also me offering an additional Orientation Class. This session will be mid month, late afternoon.
