2nd appt out of 3 today! :)

My insurance company requires 3 monthly visits with the surgeon...my 2nd is today at 3:15. I'm so excited! I'm hoping that they can get me in early July and get my surgery date ASAP. I am so ready to be on the losing side! Thanks everyone for sharing their wonderful stories to help make this decision as easy as possible! ~*Debbie*~

Hey girly, I am so excited, if you keep going at this rate, you will be right behind me. I just had my date moved up to July 11th!!!!! As long as the insurance approves it, which Eileen said is taking about 3 weeks, then I will be having surgery July 11th. Kymme

Hey Debbie-- I was over in the office today at sinai with pre-op labs from 1:00 to about 3:00- I probablyjsut missed you. I am all set and ready to go for lap band with dr li on Friday at 12:30-- I had my surgery moved up as well from July 11( the date Kymme was give) to June 16 ( THIS FRIDAY) -- Tomorrow I will spend all day with a cleanser and clear liquids-- I had no desire to have a big meal or any bad foods because i stopped them about 3 weeks ago when i started with my personal trainer-- I was able to lose 8 more pounds since my appointmetn with dr li on May 23rd and she was pleased. I have all the items i need for my first 3 day "Juice Party" and then for the next 11 days on protein shakes. I bought a months worth of my vitamins and took lois a cashiers check for 19,500-- Because i am self pay!!! Tomorrow i will rest, reflect and also day dream about a smaller, healthier me. Tina

I am also a patient of Dr. Li's my surgery is scheduled for July3rd (lap rny) thats if I get insurance approval.
