NEED PSCH EVAL DR............

Looking for a psch dr who is familier with WLS in the maryland area. Need one who takes optimum choice.....Any recommendations?

I don't know about optimum choice, but I used Kamil Madina. He was at the corner of Lexington and Charles in downtown Baltimore. Very easy interview. He even called me the other day just to check to see how I was doing.

Thanks, I will look him up tomorrow. I have read posts on the main board how non WLS educated PSH doctors can be pretty harsh and non understanding. I breifly scanned your profile. Psych Associates has offices all over and they have only a couple doctors who will do this evaluation. They take optimum choice. I don't know where or how far away you are, but I saw a Dr. in their Towson office for my evaluation, he was the only one close to me. Optimum choice has a specific evaluation form and he won't want to use it, but tell him insurance requires it and he'll do it. Good luck.
