Hello All, I had a WOW moment today. Forgive me, but I've got to do some backtracking to set up the WOW moment. I went for a complete physical last week. I had, had one last May in preparation for WLS (and I've had bloodwork and other exams since then). Prior to surgery I was on diabetic and blood pressure medications. The diabetic medication had been increased to 3 x's the original dosage. Within a few months after surgery, I was back to my original dosage of diabetic medication. Two months ago, I came off of the blood pressure medication. My WOW moment came today when my PCP's office called to tell me that my HA1c came back at 4.5 and that I could come off the diabetic medication....hallelujah!!!! Just a few days shy of 10 months following surgery and I'm down 119lbs and off ALL meds!!..YIPPEE!!!!!! I feel great and am so thankful to be blessed with this tool. Thanks for allowing me to share with you all. Take Care, Terry

Terry, way to go and I totally understand the feeling of being medication free! Keep up the good work. Life will just keep getting better and better. I look forward to seeing updates. TraciL
