Anyone up for a good walk in a park? I'd love to get a group of us together to chat and discuss where we're at with the WLS. Good way to share helpful tips, ideas - what dosen't work so great. Anyone game?

I'm game. I can't do the 1st weekend in June but I think I'm free after that.

I would love to but Glen Burnie is a bit far for me.... How are you feeling? I see that you're still newly post-op! Dawn

We don't have to do Glen Burnie - we can do a mid way point for everyone!! I'm feeling AMAZING. I have been since day 6. I walk miles a day and bike the same. I thought I hit a plateau but was wrong and dropped three pounds today for a total of 17 since surgery. WOOT WOOT! Thanks for asking! I'm so blessed to have been given this tool.

I don't know what midpoint for everyone is but we have an excellent trail to walk here in Bel Air. Ma & Pa Trail is a wonderful walk. Just a thought. Roni
