Hi!! Can someone tell me the best place to buy vitamins and the protein shakes? I've heard the Nectar stuff is good. Thanks Danielle

Danielle Hi, I don't know about "best" place, but I use "Your Prescription for Health" on Dolfied Rd in Owings Mills. They offer mail order I think as well. I buy Pioneer chewables to this day and they offer the Bariatric Advantage Line of vitamins (multi, calcium etc.). They also carry Permalean Protein Powder. I still use. What I like about it is early preop you only mix 4oz water with a scoop for 20g protein. Much easier getting 4oz down early on than some of the larger protein shakes. The Vanilla is really versatile, now I use it with water or add a bunch of ice with frozen blueberries or other fresh fruit and It can be as thick as ice cream... yummy on warm days and is a real treat. Best wishes as you embark on a lifelong journey of better health. /Lisa
