AWESOME. I like the fact it is on the outskirts, I like to avoid red light cameras and heavy traffic. I don't like driving in the city. (nervous driver)

Also don't forget checking adrenal gland, thyroid & B12 levels - all of which can contribute to extreme fatigue and the adrenal levels & B12 levels can be compromised in a post-op patient who has been through extreme stress.
Congratulations Linda! It's the first step in your new life! I took the time to fill out the forms right after the session and took them to the clinic that afternoon to get my date for my first appointment. It made sense for me as I am from outside of Winnipeg and I wanted to get a date as soon as possible as I had already been waiting over 3 years.
Do your own research on top of what the clinic tells you and make sure you ask lots of questions...good luck!

Good for you! Attend the session to find out what this is all about. I found it informative but it still didn't offer enough I formation and I did a lot of research on my own. Good to go though!
I received a letter today inviting me to attend an information seminar this month. I've been on the wait list for a few years now. Kind of excited to attend. Any advice or suggestions?
Point taken. My apologies - I'm one of those that has suggested more frequent meetings and I begged off today.
I'm feeling that for me, I need to be less involved here in the forum and focus my attention and energies on what I need to do to successfully manage my health and fitness.
Wishing everyone all the best. Again Barb, my apologies for not making the M&G.
