It's so much tougher... like weighing less you burn less calories and harder to lose , plus being able to eat more .... double trouble.
I have been tracking my weights ( love my scale for that ) and I was around 210 ish in september .... 15 lbs in 6-7 months lol... not the greatest. lol... It's funny they say to make the most of the first six months. I can totally see that. Glad I was more rigid then lol.... But I need to get more rigid. Although even if I can't lose or choose not to " give 'er" I am so glad I had this surgery. What a great tool and I feel so awesome!
Hi!
Few questions.
I've hear so many different stories on when I'd be able to return to work. I have a desk job, but do alot of getting up & down and climbing into RV Trailers, crawling on my knees inspecting floors etc. When did you all return to work?
When can you return to normal 'recreational' activities? Ok, I'll just say it... SEX.
What about doing laundry? Loading the dishwasher? Making the bed? Stuff like that?
Any thing you can help me figure out would be awesome.
Thanks!
Way to go Michelle, I have been chasing you for a while now but I think you have pulled out and are way ahead now. I am so happy for you. I have been maintaining at around 83 lbs for about 4-5 months now. Haven't been freaking out about it but do want to get things moving again. I need to get out of some of my sloppy habits and step up the exercise again.
Hope you have a great trip. I flew recently and was so much more comfortable than ever before and was actually able to cinch up the regular seatbelt. Thanks for being an inspiration for me too!
