We aren't allowed any broth just Boost. I will try some of the ideas you people have posted. I will survive this!

I blended it with ice every chance I got. It was the only way I could get it down. Strawberry was ok on it's own but I added cinnamon to the vanilla one and it turned out good.

Thanks so much for the replies on how to "change" Boost. I know that this is a hard stage but I will persevere and make it through.

try  adding  some pumpkin spice to the vanilla or  mint  extract to the chocolate i also would put half a boost in my coffee  to help did this a few times a day lol  , i wasnt hungry but did miss chewing alot . i have also heard of some people pouring it in a  bowl throwing it in frezzer to make an ice cream style .

Good luck !!!  Keep Strong its worth the pain in the ass the boost is when your all done . And after you will realize why this stage is soooo important  , ( after you get over the cruleness of this stage lol )

Make TONS OF ICE and blend a bottle with 3-4 ice cubes. It makes it thicker and different texture which changes it a bit too. Try adding different flavourings , like peppermint in chocolate or coconut. You just need to experiment but I found adding lots of ice and throwing it in the blender the best. Barb C.

I didn't have to do Boost pre op, we had Opifast when I did my 2 weeks last fall.  I did do alot of Boost post op and I found that changing the flavor with the Sugar free syrups from Starbucks was nice.  The Cinnamon Dulce was good in Vanilla for something different (although sweet).  Do you throw your Boost in a blender with some ice for a slushie-type drink? Are you allowed broth?  I found the broth to be a life saver from the sweet protein drinks.  I also cheated with a pickle the first week, savored and chewed that thing for about an hour, I soooo needed something..... but I feel guilty to this day about it lol
