I thought that too, just last week!! So I measured my food for a few meals to see how full I felt and if there was any left. Most meals were 1 cup to 1 cup and a half total.  Sliders, like popcorn I can eat a ton of, but I feel sick after a while so I don't do that so much. :)

I checked to see how many calories I am meant to eat to maintain vs lose and I was surprised! Some days I think I actually dont get enough food in! And some days..oy vey..too much too much. So I figure I will keep an eye on things, watch my appetite and carb intake and keep working out. I know if I quit working out I would not be a happy camper. :)

Don't fret. They Pumped you full of liquids during surgery and your are drinking, drink, drinking, so your body is full of LIQUIDS. it will take a few ekes before your body will re-adjust, get rid of some of the excess liquids they pumped you full of and then start on the "loosing Streak". Don't fret, it will happen naturally and you will be amazed how quickly it starts to come off. Good luck. Barb C, BCwaiting.

I am travelling north quite often and find it difficult to keep to routine. I can only drink Premier Protein shakes and can't take it because of the weight. I am pretty limited in what I can take. I also am on call most of the time as well, so I eat on the run. Also, I am not able to exercise like I would at home.

Well gotta be mindful of this. It is a struggle.

Thanks for your input NVG.

Hi Sherry, trust me, that is definitely my next move, if things dont pan out here. So far though, i have recieved gd news. Mb health will cover panni portion of my tummy tuck, leaving me with a bill of $2500 for full tt. I am seeing dr. Ziesmann again early june for another appt for a quote on breast aug. (They will do the tt and ba at the same time)He couldnt do tht at my prev. Appt because he has a computer program at his own clinic(vectra?) That uploads a pic of your beaver tails, and shows u exactly what they look like with dif types of implants. Size, shape etc. Once i get a quote on the breasts, i will know for sure if mexico will be more cost effective for me. They quoted me 7500 for mommy makeover at jerusalem hosp in tijuana. ( full tt, lipo, breasts) add airfare, as well as hotel for guest if you bring one. ( i figure approx $10,000 total)So if i can get the breasts done here for about 6500-7500 im in the same boat as mexico. So i will find out more after next appt. If anyone has been declined mb health coverage. Then mexico is definitely the way to go, without a doubt. I will keep u posted

I'm only 7 months out but I can definitely tell I can eat more.  My problem is mostly slider foods..... those I can consume in staggering amounts (think pre-surgey) and NONE of those sliders are something I should be having.  When I stay on track (which is most of the time laugh) with dense protein, I have great restriction, am full easy and stay that way, especially if I stick to the water rules.  Some days I think I am turning into a chicken breast.
