Has anyone had to do this BOOST diet, this is brutal.  Any tricks of the trade you want to share? :(

i was accepted in march 2013 and i just now received a letter telling me about an orientation (later this month). considering my doctor actually put in the referral in november 2012, i'd say 2 years is probably a good estimate. i'm not sure what my date will be but hopefully late this year or early next. i'll let you know! 

Since the Manitoba groups are private, you can't find them unless someone who is already a member invites you. Other areas might have the same sort of groups. Maybe you could post this question on the OH page for whatever location you're interested in and see if you get a response from someone.
